COMMISSION SPLITS AND FEES

For newly licensed agents or those without a sales record, the monthly desk fee applies, and compensation begins at Split 1. After completing their first transaction, agents may select Split 2 or Split 3.

There is no cap on the franchise fee.

Only agents enrolled in the Profit Share Program are eligible to earn profit sharing. Both the sponsoring agent and the sponsored agent must be qualifying agents and actively enrolled in the Profit Share Program.

When agents buy or sell their primary residence, they receive 100% commission, less the 6% franchise fee. This benefit does not apply to transactions involving family members, investment properties, or rentals. Such transactions do not qualify as Qualified Agent or Qualified Sale transactions.
