COMMISSION SPLITS AND FEES

  • For our real estate company, agents who sell fewer than two properties per year will start at Split 1. Once they achieve two sales, they gain the flexibility to choose from splits 2 to 5.

  • Our commission splits, and franchise fees are fixed and non-negotiable.

  • There is no cap for the franchise fee.

  • Agents are responsible for their license-related fees, Realtor Association fees, MLS fees, CE fees, and any other associated costs.

  • When agents sell or buy their primary residence, they receive a 100% commission, with only the 6% franchise fee and transaction fee deducted. However, this arrangement does not apply to family members, investment property sales, or rentals. Such sales do not qualify as 'Qualified Agent' or 'Qualified Sale' transactions.
